On the occasion of the launch of the Awakening of the Senses cultural program in the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, Luz and Anaïs created an edible landscape. The 70 guests discovered an Hypsometry, where the geographical areas were defined as follows: a color / a relief / a recipe. This culinary landscape format avoids disposable dishes. Some parts are made up of recipes such as crackers, cookies, cakes, etc. Others of hummus, purees, jams, etc. The spectator is therefore invited to compose his own landscape.
Culinary cartography where the hypsometric tints (false colors) allow the senses to rediscover the reliefs of Dehlingen and the Vosges.
