"FoodDesign - Edible Landscape" workshop

On the occasion of the MADRID DESIGN FESTIVAL 2018, we were invited to lead a 4 hour workshop. We had participants create an edible landscape on the theme of "Queso Tetilla". This breast-shaped cheese originates from Galicia (northwestern Spain). We drew the typology of our table-landscape according to the geography of this region. Then we designed and prepared recipes around this cheese with a protected denomination of origin. Adidas and the Archive 18-20 concept store in Paris have teamed up for the launch of the Home of Classics shoes, inspired by the blank page. The Toolsoffood duo was invited to unveil their vision of white for a vernissage buffet. Luz and Anaïs revealed a culinary landscape of shades of colors, textures and flavors of white bites.
