In April 2018, I teamed up once again with Anaïs Silvestro and artist Côme Clérino. We produced version number 2 of BACK TO THE PAINTING on the occasion of the launch of the magazine # 4 LeChassis (support for emerging creation), in which our collaboration is featured.

The surface of the canvas was larger this time: a custom-made blank table created by the artist (190 x 120 cm, wood, plaster). On April 07, 2018, at 8 p.m., the culinary performance begins. For 25 minutes, spectators witness the appearance of the edible painting created by the hand of Luz, Anaïs and Côme. Then, according to its tasting by a hundred people, the painting evolves, is metamorphosed and disappears in 45 minutes.

With this ephemeral installation, the guests were marked by the originality of the associations of flavors, textures and aspects that contrasted while complementing each other.
